Here’s some friendly advice for all those wishing to enjoy this “Festive Season”…

1) Don’t lock yourself in the proverbial closet for a whole damn decade

2) When you first realise you’re manic-depressive, get the meds right away instead of waiting 3years

3) Never, NEVER have a best friend who is also your employee – because they BLOODY QUIT!

That last one I only learned in the past 24hrs.

She emailed her damn letter of resignation. Fucking EMAILED it! And not even to me. Oh no! To Margaret! Actually it was addressed to Margaret but sent to my email address (because Margaret doesn’t have an email address, so everything goes through mine). She didn’t once address me directly in that stupid letter, just talked about me…as if I wasn’t even there. And what really gets me, the real reason I feel completely betrayed, is that this email arrived on Saturday after we worked together for 7 hours on Friday without her giving me the slightest hint! And on Monday we’ll be working together for another 7 hours. During which time I have to try to convince her to change her mind. and she won’t. I know she won’t. but I still gotta try. God only knows why…

Oh, right…that’s why…

Because my only shot at escaping my Godawful existence and making something of myself is gonna disappear with her!

Heya cupcake, I only just found your reply to my introduction on the curtin forum thing. So, hello! How are you going with the course? Ive never really been good at answering questions, so I'm reading over the readings for the 100th time to figure out how to do an essay...haha...and the forum is completely confusing to use in my opinion. Are you doing the printmaking module too? It's been pretty fun fun fun so far

hey! :) no problem, i'm just managing to keep up with it all...JUST! it's my 3rd OUA subject so i've had a bit of practise with forums&essays. dont worry, it gets easier :)

i'm useless at printmaking. painting&drawing, thats my thing ;)

i look forward to checking out your art...if Assignment 1 doesnt fry my brain first! lol :D

Hehe, goodo. Hope you got your assignments in on time, I did, but man my essay was a little messy.
I did a print making subject through Charles Sturt a few years back, and looved it. So am looking forward to getting my printmaking stuff out more again : ) I'm sure youre not that useless at it, I hated it until I let my hair down and got into it. But doing it at home is a messy thought compared to using someone elses studio. hah. I still stuck at the forum, I mean, how do you know if someones replied? That's the main thing I dont get
